These terms govern the use of services provided by Tajawob Smart Solutions Establishment Computer Software Consultancy ("Tajawob", "we"). By subscribing to or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide AI development services, specifically AI customer-service bots for WhatsApp and Instagram, set up on your business's information.

Packages and payment

Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription at the prices shown on this website: Basic AED 149/month + AED 299 setup, Bookings AED 249 + 499, Plus AED 399 + 899. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be stopped before the next month starts. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.

Business responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information about services, prices and opening hours.
• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Instagram policies and with applicable UAE law.
• Not use the service for spam or unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep replies accurate and the service available, but the bot can occasionally make mistakes, and the service depends on third-party platforms such as Meta. We are not liable for indirect damages or for outages of third-party services.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription with prior notice. On termination we switch off the bot and delete the business's data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
